Shipping Policy
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $150 delivered in the continental U.S. and shipped to the same address. Our normal shipping service level is UPS Ground. Any shipping levels beyond ground will be at an additional cost to the customer.
Shipping costs to AK, HI, Puerto Rico and any shipments under $150 will be provided at the point of purchase (see below for rates).
International orders to Canada only.
We ship all packages via UPS. Expedited and international orders will be processed at current UPS rates. Please allow approximately 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Your merchandise will arrive to you in 4-10 business days depending on delivery location.
All orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery, as well as other orders at the UPS driver's discretion if the driver feels a delivery location is unsafe. All orders with different "bill to" and "ship to" addresses require a signature on delivery.
There will be extra delivery fees for orders that must be reshipped, intercepted or have address updates if the order has already been shipped to its original destination. Customers will be notified of the cost before they are charged.
Orders will be processed on the following business day. No Saturday deliveries.
Post Office Boxes
72 Shoe Boutique is unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes. When purchasing, please provide a residential or business address so we can ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
Orders shipped internationally are passed to the local postal carrier in the country of destination. Customers are subject to local duties and taxes, which are assessed once the package arrives in your country. We cannot estimate these additional charges.
Please note that packages can often be delayed while clearing customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Processing
Orders placed prior to 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day. All other orders will be processed on the following business day. Processed orders will be assigned a UPPS tracking number. This number may not be activated by UPS until the following business day. If you track your package and receive no information, please wait one day before tracking again.
